There has been a long Gap since Ive Last posted my messages, for that I apologise. Firstly I would like to bring to every ones attention a couple of changes in in the hierarchy, West Mercian Wing has a new Wing Admin Officer(WadO). He is Sqn Ldr B S Pulling and on Behalf of The Squadron I welcome him to this 'very unique' organisation. Also We have a new Regional Commandant and he is Group Captain Allen, who some of our older cadets may recognise as the former station commander at RAF Shawbury.

Another important Change which many of you are aware of is the marraige of Flying Officer Bartlett to her long time Partner David Lakin. Some of the cadets provided a banner party for her arrival in a horse drawn carraige. Our best wishes go to Pip, David, and daughters Abbey and Holy for a long and happy future together.

We continue to recruit staff to the squadron and we welcome Julie Withers to the Squadron who hast started her probationary period and has already enrolled on an ABEL course with Sgt Weston, Mr Cater, and Ms Baldwin. So welcome to the 'madhouse' Julie.

Kate Baldwin becomes 20 in October and will be to old to be a cadet, she will then take up another CI post on the squadron.

Some of you May have seen Eleanor Hunt around for a few weeks, unfortunately for us she has now been posted elsewhere so our loss is another squadrons gain.

The Next three months is a busy time for us so the team ethic needs to be as strong as ever. The Squadron recently represented West Mercian Wing in Air rec and Shooting coming runners up in both, well Done.
