The ATC Regions were rationalised from 7 down to six and each wing was also rationalised from 7 to 6.
Warwick & Birmingham moved to Central and East Wing, whilst Cumbria and North Lancashire - East Lancashire - East Cheshire South Manchester moved to North Region
West Mercian Wing along with Merseyside and Staffordshire and moved to Wales and West Region joining with 1, 2 and 3 Welsh Wings
